Life in Asia, Inc. will process a refund for any cancelled or modified reservation within 30 business days after receiving the refund request. All refund requests must be made online or via fax directly to our office.

Any cancellations (full or partial) of confirmed reservations are subject to a change fee of $20 plus 7% of any amount refunded. Additionally, requests made after the cancellation policy set forth by the individual hotel or tour agency (generally 24-48 hours before check-in) may be subject to an additional charge, as stated by the individual hotel or tour agency (generally equal to the first night's rate) at the time the reservation was made.

If you do not show up for your reservation or cancel it before the cancellation period, you will be charged for the first night of your reservation. Cancellation fees may also apply to earlier than scheduled check-outs. Different hotels have different cancellation periods- please see the specific hotel's policies for more detailed information.
